Registration information

Welcome to a new year for our Robertson Rams Adventurer Club! Thank you for your interest in our program. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021-2022 program year is subject to any changes that might come about due to safety restrictions. Currently, meetings are scheduled to take place both virtually and in-person. For any on-site meetings or events, we will establish safety protocol to keep your families and our team healthy and safe.

REGISTRATION BEGINS ONLINE

AUGUST 1, 2021

In-person Registration will be on Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 10am-12pm at Robertson Spanish Church

Club Meetings

The club will meet the first and third Sunday of every month in the morning, starting promptly at 10:00 am. The meetings will be held virtually and in-person. Each child will be assigned to a class based on age and grade. Once we receive your registration forms you will receive a confirmation message and also a detailed email with virtual classroom information. Please review the club calendar for more information about other important events.


CLUB FEES

The club fee for this year 2021-2022 is $120.00 dollars per child, not including outings. There will be no monthly fees, and the $120.00 dollars will cover supplies, club general expenses, pins, and patches. The club fee can be paid in one of the following two options:

  • OPTION 1: Pay $40.00 during the Registration and $10.00 monthly for 8 months after.

  • OPTION 2: Pay $60.00 during the Registration and $60.00 before January 31, 2022.

  • OPTION 3: Pay $120.00 during the Registration period at the beginning of the year.

Parent participation

The involvement of the parents is fundamental for the Adventurer Club. Parents are the principal players in the process of child discipleship to Jesus, and the club serves as support. Please do not hesitate to reach out and ask for help from the Adventurer Club Leadership whenever needed.

As it is written in the Bible, guiding our child to know more about God will help him/her to establish a personal relationship with God as an adult. The Adventurer Club is here to support you in this redemptive task with your child. Let us work together in discipling our children to the kingdom of heaven.

How do I pay my fees?

Payment can be done in the following ways:

  • OPTION 1: Using www.adventistgiving.org or the Adventist Giving App. Search for Houston Spanish Robertson SDA Church. Under “More Offering Categories” select “Aventureros” and include the registration fee. Be sure to include your personal information correctly so each child you are registering is credited correctly.

  • OPTION 2: Deposit the registration fee in a tithe envelope at the church, and give it to the treasurer or deacons when they collect the tithes and offering at the church on the weekends. Be sure to include your personal information correctly so each child you are registering is credited correctly.

Please submit one packet per child. We will need a completed Registration Packet and the Medical Release & Consent Form in order to register your child.
